Are kids allowed? Is there walking involved? Do you have easy parking?

Yes - we love to see kids of all ages, but they must be supervised. And Yes there is a small amount of walking/standing for about an hour, on dirt roads - not easy to access otherwise. And Yes we have plenty of easy parking along the fence to the farm.

What else can you do/ activities in the area?

If you have not visited this area before, we recommend visiting  the beautiful historic San Juan Bautista town nearby, which also has the largest of the California missions, Mission San Juan Bautista. Did you know that Hitchcock’s movie Vertigo was filmed here?

Why does Tera Farm organize FREE farm visits?
As part of our nonprofit's work, we want to create opportunities for you to learn more about what it takes to grow food locally.  It is also a time to enjoy California's beautiful farmland with family and friends. We keep the visits free to make it open to all.
