Farm Visits

Farm visits and U-picks

A live Science classroom like no other.

We organize visits to the local farms (about 1 hour from San Jose) so you can meet the farmers, tour the fields and learn about the joys and challenges of growing food.

Enjoy the beautiful California farm land and spend time together as a family, learning about the food we eat every day.

Depending on what is available, the farmers may also offer a U-pick of berries and veggies.

Farm visits are organized several times during the year and invitations are sent in our Monday mailing. We also can offer small private groups - example a corporate/class, please email for more details.

Farm visits are a wonderful family friendly activity - an opportunity to learn, work together and have fun.
